    Sparring

    Step onto the mats and put your skills to the test in our Muay Thai sparring class. Designed for members who are ready to take their Muay Thai training to the next level, this class offers the opportunity to apply your techniques in live, controlled sparring sessions.

  • Jiujitsu

    Participate in our focused and technical Jiu-Jitsu classes designed to sharpen your grappling abilities and enhance your fitness. Each session targets precision, control, and submissions.

Our Pad work class is still very technical but we focus on really getting that heart rate up to improve your Muay Thai cardio!

  • In our Muay Thai pad work class, you'll partner up with a fellow student and take turns holding pads and striking pads. The class will typically begin with a warm-up consisting of dynamic stretches and exercises to prepare your body for the intense workout ahead.

    Once warmed up, you'll dive into various Muay Thai drills focusing on punches, kicks, elbows, and knees, all executed with precision and power. Our instructor will lead you through a series of combinations and techniques, teaching you proper form, footwork, and timing along the way.

    Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our pad work class caters to all skill levels, allowing you to challenge yourself and improve at your own pace.

  • The main part of the class involves sparring rounds. you practice your techniques in controlled, supervised fights with your partners. These rounds typically last for a few minutes each, with breaks in between. This is the perfect chance to put what you have learned into live rounds

    Classes typically begin with a thorough warm-up session. This includes stretching, cardio exercises, and drills to prepare your body for the intensity of sparring.

    If you’re a new or experienced member make sure to take part, If you really want to apply your skills this is your chance! This class is only for members for health and safety reasons!
